• All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Connecting you with pieces you love are always our top priority, so please reach out with any questions or concerns within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Payment Plans:

    We do accept flexible payment plans. Payment plans must be discussed prior to a claim on a live show. For a payment plan on a listed piece, please contact us directly through email or send us a DM on social media. 

Typically, 20% to 30% down-payment with either weekly or bi-weekly payments until the item is paid in full. Once the item is paid in full, it will ship out on our next shipping day. For more information, or to ask about an adjustment to the payment plan terms, please reach out.

By purchasing with us, you acknowledge our terms and conditions for sales.

2. Measurements may vary slightly due to calibrations of equipment as well as measuring technique and point of measurement.

3. You understand that in some cases, items color may appear slightly different than on your electronic device. We try to take pictures at various angles, with different lighting to give you the most accurate representation of your piece. We will never edit our pictures to improve appearance. Honesty & transparency with our customers is so important.

4. At times, we may list metaphysical properties of materials. Crystals & minerals should not replace medical or psychiatric care. Any metaphysical properties are solely for informational purposes and we make no claims as to effectiveness of these properties.
